The idea
The Xiaomi Watch S1 Active records steps, sleep and heart rate every day, but Xiaomi gives you no way to export it. This project gets the data off the watch, keeps every single day in a Google Sheet, and shows it on a private dashboard.
From wrist to web page
- Watch records the daily numbers.
- Mi Fitness syncs the watch and shares the data into Health Connect.
- Health Connect is Android's health store on the phone.
- Health Sync copies it out as CSV files to Google Drive.
- Apps Script runs every hour and archives each day into a Google Sheet. It never deletes a day.
- Dashboard the same script serves a page of charts: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or all time.

Clever bits
- Works out which CSV columns hold the dates and numbers by itself
- Turns sleep times like 7:30 into 450 minutes
- Reads British dates, so 09/10 means 9 October
- The dashboard is private: only its owner's Google account can open it
Next: Health Hub
The next step is an Android app called Health Hub. It brings the watch together with a smart scale and a blood pressure monitor, updates by itself, has a Trends button, and asks AI each day what the numbers mean. The app is built automatically on GitHub every time the code changes.
